Your trust matters. This Privacy Policy explains what data iSuggest.ai collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. We built iSuggest.ai to run page-level GEO audits with minimal personal data, and we are committed to handling any information you share with care and transparency.

What we collect

  • Account data: Email address and timestamps when you sign up or log in via OTP.
  • Authentication data: One-time codes stored briefly in session to complete login or signup.
  • Audit inputs: URLs you submit for page-level GEO audits.
  • Audit outputs: JSON reports that include page metadata, headings, links, images, structured data presence, HTTP status, response times, and related findings.
  • Usage data: Basic server logs (IP, user agent, request path) for security, debugging, and service reliability.
  • Contact submissions: Name, email, phone, and optional message when you reach out through our contact form.

Why we collect it

  • To deliver audits: We need the URL you supply to crawl and generate a report.
  • To authenticate you: We send OTPs to verify email ownership and protect access to your dashboard.
  • To improve reliability: Logs help us troubleshoot issues, monitor abuse, and keep the service available.
  • To respond to you: Contact form submissions let us follow up on support or partnership requests.

How we use your data

We use data to run the service, secure it, and communicate with you. Audit reports are public by design so teams can collaborate; your account identity and sessions remain private. We do not sell your data. We do not use your content for advertising. We only retain what is necessary to provide the product, meet legal obligations, and maintain service quality.

Audit data is public

Page audits you run are stored as public JSON so you and others can view the latest results for a given URL. If a URL is audited multiple times, we keep the latest version to avoid duplication. If you need a specific audit removed, contact us and we will delete it from our index.

Cookies and sessions

We use minimal cookies to maintain sessions and OTP flows. No tracking pixels or ad cookies are used. Session data is short-lived and cleared after logout or expiration.

Data retention

  • Account data: Kept while your account is active. We can remove it upon request.
  • Audit reports: Kept as the latest version per URL/domain until you request removal.
  • Contact submissions: Kept as long as needed to respond and maintain records of communications.
  • Logs: Retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics, then deleted or anonymized.

Security

We use secure connections (HTTPS) and store JSON data on protected servers. OTPs are time-bound, and sessions use secure cookies. No method is perfect, but we design for simplicity to reduce risk and monitor for abuse.

Your choices

  • Access and update: You can view your account email and request changes.
  • Delete: Ask us to remove your account data or specific reports from our index.
  • Opt out of emails: We only send transactional OTP messages. If we ever add other emails, you can opt out.

Third parties

We use third-party services for email delivery and hosting. They receive only the minimum necessary data (for example, your email to send an OTP). We do not permit third parties to use your data for their own marketing.

International access

iSuggest.ai may be accessed globally. By using the service, you understand that data may be stored and processed in the regions where we host our infrastructure.

Your rights (where applicable)

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or download your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We honor valid requests and will respond within a reasonable time. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@isuggest.ai.

Lawful bases

Where required, we process data based on: (a) performance of a contract (providing the service you request), (b) legitimate interests (service reliability, security, and product improvement), and (c) consent where applicable (for example, sending an OTP to the email you provide).

Data accuracy

Please keep your account email accurate so we can deliver OTPs. If you see incorrect data in a report or want it removed, tell us and we will address it promptly.

Children

iSuggest.ai is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a minor has provided personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product changes or legal requirements. We will post the updated date and, where appropriate, notify you of significant changes.
